Nintendo eShop Browser (the “Site”) is a free tool for browsing and searching publicly listed Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 eShop games. This policy explains what limited data is collected when you use it.
What we collect
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not knowingly collect names, email addresses, or other personal contact information. We use third-party services that collect limited technical and usage data:
- Google Analytics (GA4): aggregate usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location (derived from IP, which Google truncates), device and browser type, and referring site. This is used only to understand overall traffic and improve the Site. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare: the Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard server request data for security and delivery.
- Google AdSense (if/when enabled): Google and its partners may use cookies to serve and personalise ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ads Settings and learn more at How Google uses advertising cookies.

The services above may set cookies or similar identifiers. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you will be asked for consent before non-essential cookies (such as analytics and advertising) are used, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
Data we do not sell
We do not sell your personal information. We do not combine the analytics data above with any identifying information.
